2 Two matched cases, eight runs and fifteen feeders each The 48″ TruckPaX splits into two 23″ square bays. One takes eight coiled runs at 3.5″ each and fills the 28″ clear height once the lid tray is out. The other takes the feeders, wrapped in a loose 18″ loop that lies about 1.5″ thick, so fifteen of them reach 22.5″ and leave headroom rather than being packed to the lid. Cable gets a bay of its own alongside the rope instead of being stuffed anywhere it will go, and two cases carry sixteen runs and thirty feeders in an identical layout.

How the case splits

Interior is 46 × 28″ with 25″ of body and a 3″ lid cavity, so pulling the lid tray gives 28″ of clear stack height. One divider set 5″ off the far wall leaves a 46 × 23″ field, and that halves into two 23″ square bays.

Rope bay. Eight coiled runs at 3.5″ each. Twenty eight inches, flush to the lid.

Cable bay. Feeders get wrapped in a wide, loose 18″ loop rather than a tight one. That lays each coil down at about 1.5″, so fifteen stack to 22.5″ and the bay still has five inches over the top. Easier on the jacket, faster to wrap, and there is room for three more without touching the layout.

Trough. The 5″ channel behind the divider takes the rigging rings, tie line, and small parts. It runs the full 46″ length and 28″ height.

Thirty feeders, two per run so every run is fed from both ends, and the cable bays still carry slack. Both cases are 36″ truck pack height on 4″ casters and stack on each other.

How the runs coil

A 10 m run of the 22 mm coils into a flat donut of roughly 21″ outside diameter and 17.5″ inside, standing 3.5″ tall. That is about six and a half turns wound four strands high. The diameter is deliberate: it drops into the bay without being forced against the wall, and it keeps the hole through the middle big enough to swallow the cable.

The rope bay is the tight one. Eight coils land flush at 28″, so the 3.5″ wrap is the number that has to hold, and wrapping over drops that bay to seven. The cable bay carries five inches of slack on purpose.
